Research and Development for Human Resources (RDHR) Sindh is a humanitarian, environmental & eco-friendly, action

research, advocacy, lobbying, non-government, non political, non religious, nonprofit and non discriminative and social development organization. Established in 2006 & got registered under Societies Act 1860 in 2009.

RDHR facilitates participatory community development at the grass-roots level in rural communities of Sindh, focusing on social mobilization, advocacy, environmental abundance, capacity building, Human rights and women empowerment, Child rights, basic health care, education, and livelihood.

Current Project(s)

The Reduction of Environment Hazards through SGP Energy Efficient Portable Metallic Stoves and Awareness

Research and Development for Human Resources (RDHR) has been implementing environmental project titled ‘The Reduction of Environment Hazards through SGP Energy Efficient Portable Metallic Stoves and Awareness in UC Seri of Taluka Rural, District Hyderabad’ with collaboration and support of United Nations Development Program (UNDP), GEF, SGP. The project’s focus is improving environmental conditions and reduces environment hazards through involvement of community and portable insolated metallic stoves. The intervention is supportive to reforestation and decrease environment degradation in the area.

RDHR Flood relief in Sindh.

Pakistan’s worst-ever disaster continues badly affected all provinces,Pakistan is overall engaged in most parts of the flood affected areas likewise in Sindh including districts Sukkur, khairpur, Larkana ,Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Dadu, Jamshoro, Mitiyari, Ghotki & Nawabshah. RDHR team is engaged in relief activities along with its CBOs network , individuals and philanthropist and media organization.
