Research and Development for Human Resources (RDHR) Sindh is a humanitarian, environmental & eco-friendly, action research, advocacy, lobbying, non-government, non political, non religious, nonprofit and non discriminative and social development organization. Established in 2006 & got registered under Societies Act 1860 in 2009.

RDHR facilitates participatory community development at the grass-roots level in rural communities of Sindh, focusing on social mobilization, advocacy, environmental abundance, capacity building, Human rights and women empowerment, Child rights, basic health care, education, and livelihood.

Current Project(s)

The Reduction of Environment hazards

RDHR and Welthungerhilfe to incorporate awareness in communities towards the destruction of trees, the reduction of pollution and the creation of a healthier environment, and ensure that women are healthier. The proposed involvement will help for better environment and sustaining better health of females through smokeless stoves. To decrease the cutting of trees, smokeless stoves are supportive to use less wood during the cooking and less affective to health contributing to healthier living conditions. The proposed product solar energy cells and Lanterns will cost the community nothing for a day but also enhances the efficiency of light and reduces the emission created by kerosene.

RDHR Flood relief in Sindh.

Pakistan’s worst-ever disaster continues badly affected all provinces,Pakistan is overall engaged in most parts of the flood affected areas likewise in Sindh including districts Sukkur, khairpur, Larkana ,Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Dadu, Jamshoro, Mitiyari, Ghotki & Nawabshah. RDHR team is engaged in relief activities along with its CBOs network , individuals and philanthropist and media organization.
